Davide, born and raised in Italy, boasts a rich culinary journey that has taken him through different restaurants in various countries. His expertise in the culinary arts has been nurtured by a love for food and a commitment to perfecting his craft. Davide brings his knowledge and passion to the heart of our kitchen.
Livia, on the other hand, originates from Brazil. Her background in hospitality and accounting has instilled in her an unwavering dedication to providing exceptional service and managing the finer details. She understands the importance of creating a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for all, ensuring that everyone who walks through our doors feels valued and respected.
Our Journey
We founded ALMA Cooking Support after realizing that the demanding and fast-paced lifestyle of restaurant work did not align with the family and values we cherished. We believe in the power of food to bring people together, to bridge cultures, and to create a sense of belonging. Our mission is to offer a unique space for individuals under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) to explore the world of cooking, develop new skills, and share unforgettable moments with friends and family.
